For example any sensitive information saved or locations viewed with your account may be out of your control. We advise you take caution with your sign in credentials to prevent any misuse.

1.5 We reserve the right to delete your account at any time if it seems like you are misuing your account for harmful or inappropiate behaviour. For example tracking locations of connections without there consent especially if they are not somehow you know personally such as a family member or a friend. if so, this would be a violation and will count as misuse. However, in most cases we may contact you initially in such circumstances to resolve any issues to prevent account deletion.

Payments and Pricing

1.6 You agree to use the payment section of any digital services correctly using an authorised payment method that is not associated to any fraud or payment misuse eg. crime related activities. Our payment processing service on the web or within the app. ie. Apple in-app or Google Pay holds any right to terminate or decline your payment at any time.

1.7 Pricing for addons, subscriptions and or any future payment plans may vary at any time, you agree to comply with any changes in this case.

Images, sound and Media

1.8 You agree to use and upload images that by no means represent offensive or inappropiate visual or audio media. It is expected by us for you to comply with proper and professional use of our services. This also includes using respectful wording and naming conventions, as well as images added to content.

Age discretion

1.9 We expect use of the app for younger people that may be under the age of 18. However, we expect a parent or legal guardian to accept these terms of use. This or these appropriate adult(s) is/are responsible for the use of anyone under the age of 18, especially to use the app safely and sensibily.
